Role Overview

This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity who want to build a consulting career in the world of technology and risk. You’ll work with senior consultants on projects that assess IT controls, cybersecurity maturity, and regulatory compliance. The position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to contribute to real client work from the start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in cybersecurity risk assessments and IT audits.

  • Support reviews of IT policies, processes, and access controls.

  • Help evaluate compliance with national and sectoral cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NCA, SAMA, or CITC).

  • Contribute to vulnerability assessments and security awareness initiatives.

  • Support documentation of IT governance structures and control testing results.

  • Participate in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for clients.

  • Research emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and IT controls.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as risk, threats, and vulnerabilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Team player with curiosity and a learning mindset.

  • Interest in pursuing professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001).

You’ll work with experienced consultants on projects that help clients design governance frameworks, assess risks, and improve compliance processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Support GRC assessments and framework development for clients.

  • Help identify, document, and analyze organizational risks and controls.

  • Research regulatory requirements (CMA, SAMA, NCA, and others).

  • Assist in mapping risks to policies, processes, and controls.

  • Contribute to developing risk registers, dashboards, and compliance reports.

  • Participate in interviews, workshops, and presentations with client teams.

  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and documentation under supervision.

  • Stay up to date with trends in governance, risk management, and compliance.

Qualifications
